We have our favorites depending on the season and bake them regularly for purchase at the bakery. If you don't find what you're looking for, let us know. We have hundreds of recipes including those for special diets, just let us know if you have something in mind.
Baking takes time, so we ask that you try to give us at least 48 hours advance notice for special orders. Listed below are just a few of the sweets we bake in our kitchen:

OUR FAVORITE CAKES (cupcakes, too)
Ellen's Carrot Cake – our signature cake and it's the best carrot cake around. Moist and rich with pecans, pineapple and just the right amount of cinnamon. Topped with our delicious, classic vanilla cream cheese frosting.
Lemon Lemon – if you love lemon, then you will find this refreshingly delicious. Lemon cake made with fresh squeezed lemons, with fresh lemon cream. For something even more special, ask us to add strawberries. Finished with a creamy lemon buttercream frosting.
Rum Cake – buttery vanilla cake soaked with a rum syrup and filled with rum buttercream. Yummm!
Raspberry Decadence – choose chocolate, french vanilla, or lemon cakes filled with fresh raspberries and flavorful whipped raspberry cream. You can't go wrong...whatever you choose is the perfect combination.
Red Velvet – a screaming red cake with a hint of cocoa, topped with our classic vanilla cream cheese icing.
Designing Your Cake
It's as easy as 1,2,3 to design a cake to fit any occasion from family gatherings and backyard birthday parties to formal weddings and anniversary parties. Let us know how many guests and whether your occasion calls for something simple or complex, single or multi-layered. Or maybe this occasion calls for cupcakes? Do you envision a cake the shape of your favorite car, Spartan Stadium (or the Big House for our U of M fans), or styled after your great grandmother's hat? So gather your photos, color or fabric swatches, and put us to work on the details.
